Getting your MemoHoney, and sending it back

Delivery times

MemoHoney ships from our warehouse in Boise, Idaho. Orders confirmed before 2pm Mountain Time on a business day are picked and dispatched the next business day. Most US addresses receive the parcel three to seven business days after dispatch, with the West and Mountain states usually at the fast end of that.

We ship to US addresses only, including PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses. International orders are not available. Boxes are plain corrugated cartons with nothing on the outside naming the product.

Tracking, and what to do if it stalls

A tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually the evening of dispatch. If nothing has arrived within two business days of your confirmation email, check the spam folder first and then write to us. If tracking has not updated for five business days we open a trace with the carrier, and if the parcel is declared lost we ship a replacement at our expense.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back on MemoHoney. Here is the whole process:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and one line telling us you want a refund. No form, no questionnaire.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address.
3. Post back any unopened bottles at your own cost. Opened and empty bottles do not need to come back.
4. The refund goes to the card you paid with, within five business days of us receiving your email. Product cost is refunded in full. Outbound shipping on the two-bottle pack and your return postage are not.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect items are a different matter entirely. Send a photo, and we replace them without asking you to post anything back.

One practical note on timing: the 60 days run from the purchase date, not from the day the parcel lands. If you order six bottles and start late, count from the charge on your card. Anyone unsure how many days are left can email us and we will read the date off the order rather than make you work it out.
